WHO IS THE PLAN FOR?

Is there a target age for The Plan?

Short answer: If you're at a place in your life when you are ready to better understand your superpowers and actively take steps to nurture them, The Plan is for you! Just be prepared for a lot of cringe Millennial references along the way!

Long answer: I am an Millennial. I pretty exclusively speak Millennial. I relate very heavily to my generational experience. I LONG to live in precedented times... just once, for old time's sake.

The stage of life the most millennials are in at the present (solidly 30+ to early 40s) is the one that usually focuses on career advancement, dating/committing to a partner and starting a family. Of course this path is also the insidious "mold" the entire Plan is built to rail against.

The Workbook exercises ultimately focus on what finding fulfillment means in your life, and what that might look like in your current circumstances. These are the sorts of things you can't really know about yourself until you've lived enough life that you have space for reflection, but not so much life that you have no room to maneuver.

With that said, my incredibly mentally and physically active 70 year old mother was one of my guinea pigs, and she found it to be a very useful exercise!

Is The Plan only for women?

The short answer: I am honored to be joined on this journey by anyone who shares the values I outline here

The long answer: Again, I write what I know. Since The Plan Workbook is an evolution of my own "f*ck capitalism, f*ck the patriarchy" journey, and I am an American cis woman, that is the perspective that informs this business. But I know that there are many groups of people that our government-for-the-few has left behind, which includes men. While we may not have the same lived experiences, we can share the same goal: unpacking and rejecting the narratives that have conditioned so many of us to shrink, conform, or be quiet, so that we can accelerate the process of dismantling these harmful systems.

I strive to be a partner to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities who are even more harmed by these systems, and I am open to feedback on how to make The Plan accessible and relevant for a variety of lived experiences.

Do I already have to know astrology?

Short answer: Other than accurate birth information, zero baseline knowledge is necessary to benefit from The Plan

Long answer: While there are no limitations on who can benefit, I want to again emphasize that I am still a student myself. This is not a birth chart reading. The service I am providing is translation and implementation. If you already have an advanced understanding of birth charts and astrology, you may actually find The Plan Workbook underwhelming. It delivers the "what" and "how" without a lot of the "why" (because the "why" is the content overload part). You aren't going to find anything about solar returns, or transits, or progressions in your Plan, but that doesn't mean it can't still be a valuable tool for you on your own journey.

And who knows what the future holds, but I don't want to get ahead of my own capabilities.

Can you make a Plan for my child?

Short answer: I look forward to adding a child-focused offering once I have done my homework on the ethical implications and best practices of working with children's charts.

Long answer: I think your child's chart can reveal some really important insight into the ways they interact with and approach the world. Similar to the theory behind Montessori schools, if you know the basic emotional and rational instincts of your child's personality, you can focus on helping them navigate the world from their point of view, rather than imposing one that might be completely against their instinctual nature.

However, there are risks that come with assigning too much weight to the birth chart's influence on a developing child, and it does not abdicate personal responsibility. I am very interested in doing further research to understand the best practices in this area, and want to make sure I am further along in my own education, because the "why" will matter more in this situation.

Is this a coaching service?

Short answer: I have no qualifications as a coach, therapist, love and relationship expert (HA!), or career advisor (unless you count  my Chiron conjunct my Gemini ASC, which you shouldn't!).

Long answer: No two people have the same chart, and no two people have the same lived experience. My hope is that the "translation service" provided by The Plan can give you a new perspective on your authentic self that can potentially be applied to these areas of your life and used to guide further conversation with a therapist, in your relationship, or with a coach.

What you do with The Plan is, respectfully, none of my business. I am happy to be your partner on this journey where I can be, but at the end of the day, your birth chart isn't a crystal ball, and I am not a psychic. Meaningful change has to be made by you.
