I am not a lifelong student of astrology... in fact, until recently all I knew was that my October birthday made me a Libra. Until the fall of 2024, I had been living a “normal” life, working as a brand strategist at a NYC ad agency. I owned my home, had great friends and family, and no reason to feel anything but “on track” and settled

Call it a mid-life crisis, call it an awakening, but on my 40th birthday, something clicked in my brain, and I knew that the life I had been living was headed for a major overhaul

Six months later, I had quit my job, rented my house, and moved to an island in the Adriatic Sea for a “brain detox.” It is on this island, with only the sound of the waves to distract me, that I had the mental space to let my mind wander to something new.. and it wandered to astrology. As I began to put the pieces together, an amazing thing happened:

I began to understand that those parts of my personality I was aways told I had to make smaller, or apologize for? They were gifts that had been bestowed upon me by the planets

The little briefcase of insecurities I had been carrying around apologetically for as long as I could remember started to get lighter once I was able to accept my personality traits as objective facts, not personal failings

There is nothing wrong with me, only the one-size-fits-all mold we are pressured to fit into

I began to wonder what would happen if more of us stopped wasting precious energy swimming upstream - against our authentic selves - and started intentionally embracing and nurturing our whole selves with grace, compassion, and pride

We would be unstoppable

But the challenge remained: how to translate this theoretical understanding into practical action? What do I DO with all of this new insight? And then it hit me...

I am not yet an Astrologer; but I am a Strategist.

Strategists live for simplifying the abstract into the 

“so what do we do about it”

Reading a chart well requires learning a new language

I am not here to try and teach you that language;

I am here to help translate that language: 

from the PLANETS to a PLANETS

Obtaining a birth chart interpretation is not the problem

They're available all over the internet, and you'll read a lot that blows your mind with its accuracy, but you'll also see a lot of:

  • repetition

  • contradictory analysis 

  • siloed interpretations

  • generic calls to action

What you won't find is:

  • interpretation framed as meaningful insight

  • a process for using those insights to initiate behavior change

  • a spotlight on the gifts your birth charts have bestowed on you 

  • accountability for action

This gap is especially pronounced for the casual reader

Readers who aren't familiar with their own chart or who don't have a baseline grasp of astrology to ground them as they read, will find the terminology and shorthand confusing.

I know, because I went through this journey myself not long ago, and while I did have the time and interest to start learning this language, not everyone has that luxury, or even the desire.

And it's why translating this language is so crucial: so we can all unlock the magic in our charts.
